Obito Creation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
3. Custom Poster Designs
For custom orders, users must submit clear design requirements or images as specified.
We reserve the right to reject content that is offensive, infringing, or violates copyright laws.
Final approval from the customer is required before printing. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays due to external factors (weather, courier issues) are not our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of most products, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video as evidence.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
- Refund within 20 days for refundable products only if refund claim passed
